*Ages are guidelines only.  We believe children develop at their own pace, and that ability and interest should also play a part in determining which activity is appropriate

 December 2008 Kick-Off

 At our December kick-off event, kids created various christmas crafts; played basketball or ran an obstacle course in the gym; baked and decorated gingerbread cookies; played board games before ending the day singing christmas carols.

Robocation

 KLC was pleased to host Robocation on Sept 9/09 for members of ADD and beyond, in an effort to extend the Not Going Back to School Celebration week .  Almost 50 kids participated in the 2 hour event which had them interacting with robots who could read, play the drum with lollipops and race against other robots.

Families with younger children were also able to take advantage of the great weather and head outside to play games before joining the others for the last 1/2 hour.
